I am a Master's student who focuses on machine learning. Offlate in deep learning. I am familiar with the UFLDL, a bit of torch, and currently taking a conv nets class from stanford online. I have also have some experience in classification problems in medical imaging(which I am currently working on).

Please let me know if I could join an existing team or if people would like to partner with m for the diabetic retinopathy detection and other competitions.

I just began a dual masters at GA Tech and GA State in Computer Science and Bioinformatics. I am considering this project as the backbone of my Masters thesis. Is there anyone who would be willing to teach a little in order for us to work on this project together? I would like to work on this long-term, even if there is not time to put together a submission for this competition.
