  "content": "<p>Dear fellow Kagglers,</p>\n<p>I wish to start a team for Diabetic Retinopathy Detection. I have a PhD in mathematics and know quite a bit of ML, algorithms and programming. Using python for Kaggle and currently doing working on my first one (Driver Telematics).</p>\n<p>The team will also be backed by a professional eye doctor.</p>\n<p>If you have a 'quantitate' PhD , not necessarily expert in ML or computer vision, or if you have a Msc in Machine learning/Computer vision, I think we can make a great team.</p>\n<p>If you have other experience that you think is comparable to the aforementioned also don't hesitate to contact me.</p>\n<p>I like version control with GIT according to (roughly) git flow.</p>\n<p>Im open to communication via chat and occasionally voice over Skype.</p>\n<p>Im really excited over this problem, and I hope we can have lots of fun with it!</p>\n<p>Your sincerely,</p>\n<p>Jacob Sznajdman</p>",

      "content": "<p>Hi Jacob,</p>\n<p>I'm brand new to Kaggle and I'm still getting me feet wet as far as Kaggle-etiquette...although this seems to be the place to introduce myself.</p>\n<p>I'm&nbsp; a computational biologist with academic training in neuroscience. I have 15+ years scripting experience including Python, C#, Perl and Bash. My &quot;at the bench&quot; time was spent with the Jurica research lab at UCSC where I assisted with the study of the spliceosome and the digital analysis of electron microscopy images. </p>\n<p>I'm curious as to the process of joining a team, as well as the entire Kaggle experience. I've begun following this forum, and thought I'd introduce myself.
