I'm suspecting it's bucket time out which leads the kernel to run indefinitely and the timer mechanism would measure only primary accelerator to account for extra delay caused by IO / queuing and since the GPU time would be halted as you are pending IO  ... or I'd like to tell myself that to explain this so I don't bang my head against the wall 😄 </p>",
