  "content": "<p>I am new to Kaggle and never teamed up here.\nIf you had both solo and team experience I would like to hear your views in terms of following aspects and more;\n- Fun: Which one was more fun?\n- Learning: Which one did you learn more?\n- Satisfaction: Which one did you enjoy most at the end?\n- Success: Are you able to say you wouldn't get a similar score if you haven't teamed up?\n- Difficulties: Which one you have faced more problems(ie. on solo did you get stuck a lot? on team did you have a lot of coordination problems? Did you face problems like unbalanced contributions(one does most of the work)?\n- Anything else?(Did you have time zone difference problems/advantages? How much did having more processing power help you(maybe not much because eventually you are limited by 2  submission per day)?</p>\n\n<p>Any insight would greatly help</p>",

      "content": "<p>Fun -&gt; Depends on person to person and team to team\nLearning -&gt; Team\nSatisfaction -&gt; Depends on person to person and team to team\nSuccess -&gt; Team\nDifficulties -&gt; In a team, you are not the only one to think about fixing an error, which makes it easier.</p>\n\n<p>In my team, our time zone is different but what we do then is, do our own work, post all the messages, what you are working on, any errors, any updates, any help you need, anything you do, how many subs you want to take today, and when the next person wake up, he can reply to the messages and keep his work up to date what he is doing and that all repeats, with this we are able to cover more time without changing our time zones.</p>\n\n<p>In our team, one can take 1 sub without asking but for the second sub, he needs to ask weather the second person is using it or not.</p>\n\n<p>If you want to team up with our team, we would like to know that if you have any single model scoring less than 0.4, if yes, you can join us.</p>",
