      "content": "<p>That is surprising, as I (and most others) have wheels in my dataset which install fine. Have you tried putting them all in as a single dataset? There's also the requirement they cannot be &gt; 1Gb in size, collectively, but that actually has a specific error message so I don't think that's the issue here...</p>",

      "content": "<p>I remember seeing this before and happened to other people, I think this happens if you try to submit a forked notebook with external DS, try recreating it (without fork) and add the wheels manually again, that maybe fixes it</p>",
