When I select \"create\", it takes a long time and then fails with a cryptic message that I should try again and if it fails, contact support. I have done it many times before and I am well under the size limit. \nAnyone else experiencing this?\nHow do I \"contact support\". The support menu has no option to contact anyone and none of the hardwired suggestions are relevant.</p>",
