      "content": "<p>Hi <a href=\"/mukkaralaravikiran\">@mukkaralaravikiran</a>,\nIf you haven't had any programming experience, I think it better to take some courses about Python first, you can found a bunch of courses in Cousera, DataCamp, etc.; you don't have to take all courses available, just choose one that you think it suits to you. Besides courses, you can read programming books as well, for someone who doesn't have programming experience like you, I prefer <a href=\"https://www.amazon.com/Learn-Python-Hard-Way-Introduction/dp/0134692888\">Learn Python 3 the hard way</a>. Then you can learn some useful python libraries like Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, OpenCV, etc. or at least you must know something about <strong>Numpy</strong>, the most important python library in my opinion. After becoming familiar with the basic things, you can start to learn scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc., but it would be best if you can learn some basic concepts of machine learning prior.</p>\n\n<p>Happy learning!</p>",
