  "content": "<p>I am confused about gpu usage during submission.\nDoes the submission also spend from our gpu quota?\nIf submission spends from our gpu quota; isn't 2 submission per day meaningless for solo teams? 4 submissions in a week would consume all quota.\nOr am I getting something wrong?\nDo we need to set GPU on before submitting to be able to use GPU during submission?</p>",
