  "content": "<p>Sorry if the question is too noob.\nBut the coding requirements of the competition says:\n\"No custom packages enabled in your submission notebook\"\nWhat does that mean? Does it mean I can not do any !pip install and only allowed to use whatever comes with kaggle docker?\nFor example can I do that?\n!pip install  (probably not because it says no internet also)\nI am having difficulty to understand the constraints.\nAny help will be appreciated:)</p>\n\n<p>Thanks in advance!</p>",

      "content": "<p>As far as I know, that constraint only prevents you from installing packages by using the \"add custom package\" feature. You can download the .tar.gz or .whl, upload it as a dataset and install it with pip. There is another constraint \"total dataset size &lt; 1GB\" that plays an important rol here.</p>",
