  "content": "<p>Hi All ,</p>\n\n<p>I have uploaded a Wheel file for ffmpeg-python repo  You can add this dataset to your kernel and do a normal pip install without internet . I am not sure if this package is helpful for this task , nor do I myself know how to use it yet .
