However, it doesn't directly address commercially purchased licensed.  </p>\n\n<p>Specifically, would it be acceptable to develop a solution using any or all of the following purchased commercial licenses: Graphics programs such as Adobe Creative Suite or CorelDRAW Suite, office suites such as WordPerfect or Microsoft Office Professional, and/or programming languages such as Visual C++ or C# (or competing versions of C++ or C#)?</p>\n\n<p>Thank you.</p>",
