      "content": "<p>You have to run with internet off for the competition.  While internet is off you cannot pip install any files from the internet and need to have the wheel files in a dataset to install if it is not already available in the kernel.  </p>",

      "content": "<p>Which ML Architecture are you using?  MONAI, YOLO, DeepFindET?  I do have a couple of datasets saved that have everything you need to run Kaggle notebook with MONAI.  Here are the datasets I created: copick-utils and cryoET-monai-requirements. Hope this helps.</p>",
