  "content": "<p>This is the first of the 27 simulated datasets available from the data portal:</p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/davidlist/czii-cryoet-simulated-training-data-ts-0\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/davidlist/czii-cryoet-simulated-training-data-ts-0</a></p>\n<p>Not quite what I was expecting.  The structures are difficult to see, and it appears it may take a bit of work to get the center point of each particle for training, although it's also very possible I just haven't found the right file yet.  There are label masks, but I'm not sure if they will work since some of them are outlines instead of filled spheres.
