"content": "
I'm facing an issue while trying to locate images within the test set of the competition. I loaded the zarr files from the test set and converted them into a numpy array. After checking the dimensions of each item, I found that all items have a shape of (3,), but each sub-item itself has an empty shape (). This suggests that the data does not contain the expected image content or that it might be an incorrect or faulty structure.
\n
Has anyone else faced a similar problem? Any suggestions on how to properly resolve or check if the test set contains the correct format would be greatly appreciated.
",

I tried your suggestion and used data[0].shape to check the dimensions of the data. As you mentioned, I was able to get the expected dimensions like (184, 630, 630). This really helped me understand the root cause of the issue. I hadn’t realized there were 3 sets of data for high, medium, and low resolutions—this information was very enlightening. Thanks again for your help!
",

Start by verifying the integrity of the
.zarr
file—re-download it if necessary and ensure it isn't corrupted.
