  "content": "<p>I downloaded the packages I need but when I tried to load them with following code:</p>\n<p>! cp -r /kaggle/input/packages35/packages/asciitree-0.3.3/ asciitree-0.3.3/<br>\n! pip wheel asciitree-0.3.3/asciitree-0.3.3/<br>\n! pip install asciitree-0.3.3-py3-none-any.whl</p>\n<p>! pip install -q --no-index --find-links {deps_path} --requirement {deps_path}/requirements.txt</p>\n<p>I always get the error message said that there is no such a file or dict. Is that because I didn't download the file correctly? What's you way to deal with it?</p>",
