      I fixed a new bug. If user's PixelCount in submission is wrong, the result will be hacked.\n      it because overlap = pred.intersection / (gt.pixelCount + pred.pixelCount - pred.intersection);\n      It means if submission set all pixelCount = 0.  the overlap will be much higher than it should be.

      I have changed code to let program count pixelCount by itself, instead of using user's. \n      The function is  DecodePridictionCVS_Kaggle(CVPRAutoDrivingAveragePrecision.Submission _submission)
