As can be seen, best lb notebooks are being published despite the spoiler alert, so someone might be wondering how it’s done.
\nTechnically speaking, creating a new kaggle notebook as public is not allowed(locked) from 7 days before the deadline, but we can make it public by updating the version of an existing public notebook.
\nFrom my experience of past competitions, they won’t get banned ; instead, they’re likely to earn many notebook medals. It may be bargain sale of notebook medal.
Of course this comp is fun lottery comp, so their effect is much lower than cv-lb-correlated comp.
\nHowever, this will become an issue in some competition someday, I think.
