I have found learning to be very much improved when I have worked on a team with good people.</p>\n<p>This is a really hard competition (IMO) for someone new as it seems the data is too noisy and sparse to find a good model.  </p>\n<p>On the other hand, many its a good one for someone new as you can try a whole bunch of different methods and models in an attempt to make sense of this poor data.</p>",
