  "content": "<p>I have been working in a local notebook to use my video card, and created a csv for submission.  I do not see an option to upload a file when submitting, only to create a notebook.</p>\n<p>Is local dev possible ?</p>",

      "content": "<p>You can work locally and upload the entire notebook on kaggle for running and submition, or at least have on kaggle a notebook that loads your pretrained model and predicts with it. The main idea is that the piece of code on kaggle should be capable to predict because behind the scene there is a big test file with many samples that we are predicting and not just the small one that we actually see.</p>",
