  "content": "<p>Since this competition deals with a lot of noisy images, I was looking into ways of segregating the Cassava leaves in the images. </p>\n<p>One approach to do this is to use HSV values and OpenCV HSV based filtering to separate the leaves from the noisy images. </p>\n<p>The notebook is here:<br>\n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/trushk/leaf-detection-using-opencv\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/trushk/leaf-detection-using-opencv</a></p>\n<p>The approach is not fool proof because of the range of HSV found in images and the different lighting conditions but good food for thought nonetheless. </p>\n<p>Comments welcome!</p>",
