  "content": "<p>Despite being answered countless number of times (thus a simple search would give the right answer), I notice multiple topics a week  are still opened asking again about the same questions : Pretrained weight and internet, number of samples in test set, why test set in not visible etc. </p>\n<p>I propose to make a FAQ topic pinned by kaggle admins which answers all these questions and others.</p>\n<p>Then may be other important topics will have a chance to not be burried down quickly by new ones ^^</p>",
