  "content": "<p>I have trained CNN model without scaling RGB values. The model's accuracy score was about 85%.<br>\nSo, I did scaling in preprocessing stage and trained CNN model. <br>\n(I use keras.applications.(model name).preprocess_input in Imagedatagenerator)<br>\nBut this model's accuracy was worse than without scaling.<br>\nIn general, it should be better to apply scaling.<br>\nCan someone please tell me why?<br>\n初めはRGB値(?, 画素値?)を正規化をすることなくCNNを学習させていました。そのときは精度が約85%ほどでした。<br>\n正規化を忘れていたので、kerasのImagedatagenerator内でkeras.applications.(モデル名,Xceptionなど).preprocess_inputを使って正規化をしてから学習したのですが、逆に精度が悪くなってしまいました。<br>\n普通だったら正規化した方がいい、正規化すると上手く学習が進むため精度がよくなる、と思うのですが、、<br>\nどなたか理由が分かる方いらっしゃったら教えていただけますか？何がいけなかったのか、正規化は必要なのか、教えてほしいです。</p>",
