      "content": "<p>Submission CSV not found a very common error with the submission process being used.  This same process used for most of the competitions in the last year.  Search this competition and you should find a couple of dozen similiar posts - some of them have suggestions for things to try.</p>\n<p>I think the same search over the full kaggle competions will yield over a thousand posts - many with helpful hints.</p>\n<p>Make your kernel public (and any data sets) and come back with a new post linking that kernel - you will likely get more specific help if folks can see and run your code.  </p>\n<p>Despite being owned by Google the kaggle servers do get flaky at times - if it's code that ran 100% ok just it another try - AFTER you review the code and the log to make sure that non-fatal errors were not present.  Often a non fatal error will result in no creation of the submission file.</p>",
