  "content": "<p>This is a beginner question.</p>\n<p>After downloading the data to my disk, I have noticed that there are two folders titled <code>test_tfrecords</code> and <code>train_tfrecords</code>. I have heard that the contents of the <code>tfrecords</code> folders are used when TPUs are used.</p>\n<p>I am a PyTorch user, and I won't be using TensorFlow or TPUs in this competition. Can I safely remove the two aforementioned folders to save disk space?</p>",
