  "content": "<p>Hello:</p>\n<p>As per the code requirements of the competition, we need to submit notebooks that can run in less than 9 hrs in order to generate the <code>submission.csv</code>. Are we allowed to have separate notebooks for training and then using the trained weights in a separate notebook that uses the uploaded weights and run on the test data and generates the <code>submission.csv</code>?</p>\n<p>Thanks</p>",
