  "content": "<p>It is quite usual to see heavy augmentations for the Robustness in CV task, and even heavy TTA on Kaggle for a higher place on LB.</p>\n<p>However, after 20+ submissions this week, I noticed that light (or you can say almost none) inference augmentation (just resize&amp;crop and normalize) socred the best which surprised me a lot.</p>\n<p>Commonly used methods like flip, transpose, brightness etc. did not give me a stable improvement. (actually somehow decreased the performance for me)</p>\n<p>Wondering what happened on your guys.</p>\n<p>We'd better carefully select augmentations while doing TTA, or even reconsider augmentations while training.</p>",
