Even after committing and saving notebook I am not able to submit prediction as it is showing 'No Output file Found' and after committing I am getting images in output visualization.

As suggested above, I made an inference notebook and it worked. Now my question to @hamzaghanmi is: could you please tell me why I cannot submit directly from my working notebook?

I didn't say you cannot , but it's better than using just one notebook for training and testing https://www.kaggle.com/c/cassava-leaf-disease-classification/discussion/198530
