      "content": "<p>The easy answer is that you should make sure to satisfy the requirements in the rules regarding \"8. B. Public Code Sharing\". Of course, there's then the question of what <strong>exactly</strong> that means.</p>\n<p>I assume (but don't know for sure) that the safest way of doing this is to have a notebook or forum post that is (more-or-less) a 1-1 equivalent to your blog post (plus if it's a good blog post &amp; notebook/forum post, it'll get you up-votes). The precedents I can think of here are well-known kagglers creating a good starter notebook for some competition and tweeting about it. I kind of assume (but am not at all sure) that posting a link to the blog post (as long as it's not paywalled) on the forum might also be okay, but I'd prefer the previous approach in any case.</p>\n<p>Do others have the same interpretation of this rule (or know of a definite clarification in this respect)?</p>",
