  "content": "<p>Hello. </p>\n<p>I created a prediction kernel from this notebook: <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/jessemostipak/getting-started-tpus-cassava-leaf-disease\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/jessemostipak/getting-started-tpus-cassava-leaf-disease</a></p>\n<p>The prediction takes a trained model as input. and uses no TPU or Internet.
