  "content": "<p>As my maximum weekly TPU quota is reached, I cannot find the way of copying an existing TPU notebook into a new notebook (with GPU or CPU). Is there a way forward? </p>\n<p>I can switch of the TPU existing notebook, but when I try to copy&amp;edit it fails.</p>",
