This is in my experience as a educator giving corporate trainings . My students have picked up the basics in a day because of the great documentation available out there . The community is also very helpful . You can also consider joining TensorFlow-developers google groups . There is also slack channel for Keras.io </p>",

Given that you are knowledgeable with the basic concepts of Deep Learning, you can pick it up real fast. But when google launched tensorflow  2.x the coding become more easy and pythonic. So starting with tensorflow framework is more preferable. Apart from that pytorch is also very good framework and facebook claims that pytorch is faster as compared to tensorflow. So start with TensorFlow and then PyTorch. Hope this helps. </p>",
