  "content": "<p>I randomly download some images from the internet and scale to the correct size. The performance on such images will tell you what the CNN is learning.</p>\n\n<p>It seems that just because the kaggle images are taken at fixed background, i afraid the results may not be good in the general case even if we can get very good results on the public and private leaderboard.</p>\n\n<p>Kagglers can try this images and show your results.</p>\n\n<p><img src=\"https://storage.googleapis.com/kaggle-forum-message-attachments/214566/7143/new_00003.png\" alt=\"enter image description here\" title=\"\">\n <img src=\"https://storage.googleapis.com/kaggle-forum-message-attachments/214566/7140/new_00000.png\" alt=\"enter image description here\" title=\"\"></p>",

However, it depends on the competition hosts use case, if they only ever want to use this model in their studio, it will work perfectly ok. Anywhere else, it will perform sub-optimally.</p>",
