"207400": "If you want to build **really smart** models, you need to go a bit deeper into cars, for instance if you know a trim or the car engine (even if the engine is inside and out of this competition), it can give you a huge amount of information about the exterior differences, e.g, some trims will have a huge rear spoilers and others wont.\n\nI have attached some information to look for the Corvette (very few samples for Corvette... so, useless) but you get the idea.\n![enter image description here][1]\n\n***Anyway, I am a madly insane car enthusiast, if you have random questions, let me know.***\n\n\n [1]: http://i65.tinypic.com/2ykltug.jpg",

"207437": "I mean, I understand that the field represents pairs of (pixel, length) from top to bottom, but should they represent the car pixels (white) or the non-car ones (black)?",

"207564": "More specifically as it relates to the photos in this dataset, trim level will influence things like:\n\n* Wheel design: think color/material or number/style of spokes\n* Spoiler: on top of the rear or around the bottom (like the lowest black piece in the Corvette image above)\n* Exhaust: the number, size, and shape of the pipes may vary\n* Hard top, convertible, retractable hard top\n* Length of a truck's cab or bed\n* Ground clearance: the suspension in a sport package can make the whole car lower\n\nIf you utilize year/make/model, you will have to be careful not to over fit because two vehicles with the same year/make/model might have subtle variances due to trim. It's safer to use year/make/model for more broad hints, like the general size and shape of a vehicle.",

You know, probably a Nissan Leaf has been driven as it is, a Nissan Z350 might come with non-stock wheels, shocks, and a big wing.\n\nI am a little disappointed that they don't have pictures of Mazda RX-7 or other sports cars, but probably it makes this competition easier for this issue :D",
"208160": "Yes, there are several ways to get useful information for that, for instance, if I were not lazy, I could run a script in my [car database][1] and see how much mods I get for several models.\n\nHowever, I dont think we can explot it that far for this competition.\n\n\n [1]: https://www.nxgtrsim.com",
