"content": "
Hey all,
\nas I am currently transitioning from a business trip right into vacation (where access to electricity let alone internet will be scarce) we will require more time to prepare the writeup of our solution. I expect to have everything completed by June 16th or 17th.
\nAs you can see from our profiles we are all quite new to Kaggle. This is in fact the first competition I have seriously competed in. Thus we are not entirely familiar with the speed in which we are expected to deliver. Please let us know in case this is too late - the team could then try to deliver something at an earlier date (it would however be preferable to be able to do this together).
\nFor those of you that are curious, our solution is based on nnU-Net, one of the leading segmentation frameworks for 3D medical images. We use it to do blob prediction (pixel-wise regression) with a 3D UNet. It's actually quite a straightforward approach which shares a lot of similarities with @brendanartley 's solution. More to follow :-)
\nThanks to @andrewjdarley for hosting this amazing competition, thanks @brendanartley for generously sharing his annotated data and of course a big thanks to the team! You are awesome!
",
