If you run <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/code/hideyukizushi/ultralytics-offlineinstall-yolo12-weights\" target=\"_blank\">this notebook</a> it should create a tarball of the latest version (i.e. compatible with yolov9e) that you can pass to your submission script and use for offline installation.</p>",
