"content": "
Hi all,
\nI submitted the yolo training and got the .62 score.
\nThen i started changing my model, the predictions i get are pretty close to the the yolo model, but I keep getting a score of 0. I even tried submitting the yolo answer (just the csv not training) in my new notebook and I still get 0. Is there anything else being evaluated other than the submition.csv? Can the format be off (but I'm not getting an error)? Or can a small change in submission file have huge impact?
",

      "content": "
This is a code competition where your submission notebook is re-run on a hidden test dataset with 900 tomograms. The test data provided is dummy test data to check that your inference pipeline works correctly before re-running it on the full hidden test dataset. So submitting just the
submission.csv
alone will result in an LB score of 0.00; it won't run on the hidden dataset.
\n
You need to write a notebook that performs inference on the test directory at
/kaggle/input/byu-locating-bacterial-flagellar-motors-2025/test
, and when your notebook is re-run on the hidden dataset, it will perform inference on the 900 tomograms in the hidden dataset.
",
