  "content": "<p>Here are some questions about the dataset, which i hope someone from BYU might be able to answer.  The answers could influence ML solutions.</p>\n<ol>\n<li><p>Are these samples monotrichous (“single haired”)? (i.e. one [or zero) flagella per cell?</p></li>\n<li><p>Are the bacteria all of the same species?</p></li>\n<li><p>Are all the tomograms made by the same process? (are there some external reasons to believe that some slides have different distributions of features; e.g. different bacterial species, staining methods, EM resolutions?)</p></li>\n</ol>\n<p>Thanks for your help!</p>",
