There is a public leaderboard that you can see when you submit and a private leaderboard that will be revealed when the competition is over. Since the test data for the public and private leaderboard is two randomly split sets, then there can be a difference in the performance of your method. </p>\n<p>I hope this answers your question.</p>",

So there is changes of increasing or decreasing of the accuracy when it is tested on remaining 40 % of the test dataset </p>",
