  "content": "<p>Beginner Question: Is there any tif that we could see bugs or larvae?</p>\n<p>My tifs are just rectangles with No bug image. \"The test data is a mixture of bugs and other materials such as leaves, wood shavings, cotton, and shredded paper.\"</p>\n<p>I'm feeling like some character of \"The Emperor's New Clothes\" by H. C. Andersen where I'm experiencing the  conflict of the truth-telling boy to make that question. Or I'm missing something due to my lack of knowledge.</p>\n<p>By the way, I have No clue to calculate those centerpoints. I would appreciate if ANY kaggler could make a Notebook with that very compelling BugNIST data, totally distinct from any other that I've ever read on Kaggle.</p>\n<p>Thanks in advance.<br>\nMarília Prata.</p>",

They are 3D tiff files, so if you use a simple viewer (e.g., the Windows image viewer). It'll just show the first slice which indeed does not contain any bugs.</p>\n<p>You can use a program like <a href=\"https://www.paraview.org/\" target=\"_blank\">Paraview</a> to view the images in full 3D.
