  "content": "<p>Apologies if it is a naive problem, but do the organizers or anyone know how to resolve the Error 403 wget issue for dryad files.  I assume this has something to do with dryad's captcha feature for downloads.  If not, is the only solution to download locally and upload manually? But if you are aiming to upload the data to Kaggle anyway, it is already uploaded directly to Kaggle within this competition. If you really want it from dryad you can just visit the dryad link in a web browser and download it manually.</p>",
