      "content": "<p>Kaggle responded to my inquiry and said that not being able to share notebooks until after the competition ends is the expected behavior:</p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>Hello Nick,<br>\n  Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the competition notebooks cannot be shared publicly until the competition ends. </p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>I suppose this feature is mostly meant to share your solutions with teammates &amp; collaborators <em>during</em> the competition, and then to share publicly <em>after</em> the competition.</p>",
