I used the cookies.txt method and somehow it worked then, but I haven't been able to re-download it since. </p>\n<p>Can someone please tell me what the wget command should be for me to do this? and why doesn't kaggle's CLI work properly with this?</p>",

      "content": "<p>Make sure the Kaggle CLI is up to date. I've had many problems using it when it's not up to date (i.e. it won't be up to date in Colab). I can't be certain that's the problem, but if you provide more information that might help.</p>\n<p>Also, I know that there were problems with the data download returning a 404 earlier in the competition. I believe it's fixed now.</p>",
