  "content": "<p>Hi Everyone,</p>\n<p>Does anyone here know how to update the Kaggle notebooks to use Keras 3.0?</p>\n<p>When I do the following:</p>\n<pre><code>!pip install --upgrade keras-cv tensorflow[-cuda]\n!pip install --upgrade keras\n</code></pre>\n<p>I end up with an environment that doesn't recognize Kaggle's GPU even if I have it enabled.</p>\n<p>I've been using the following line to check if it recognizes the GPU:</p>\n<pre><code>tf.config.experimental.list_physical_devices()\n</code></pre>",
