I am wondering how to use the extended dataset <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/birdsong-recognition/discussion/159970#893042\">here</a> and how to load pre-trained models? \nIn my experience with colab, I would use <code>!wget</code> for these things but since internet is off for the notebooks, how do I do this?\nSorry if it all seems silly!</p>",
