I've found <a href=\"https://stackoverflow.com/questions/53633177/how-to-read-a-mp3-audio-file-into-a-numpy-array-save-a-numpy-array-to-mp3\">this</a> on StackOverflow and managed to implement it on <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/gabrielmilan/mp3-to-numpy-and-back\">this notebook</a>.</p>\n\n<p>The whole thing is that the notebook shows a way of installing <code>pydub</code> into the environment and converting MP3 -&gt; Numpy, Numpy -&gt; MP3 without having access to the Internet. Hope it helps.</p>",
