Freely &amp; publicly available external data is allowed, including pre-trained models.<br>\nSo… if i take my time and create a model and publish it on kaggle , and then use it in my notebook, significantly reducing my training time. <br>\nWill that be considered cheating ? Will it disqualify me from winning the competition in any way.</p>",
