In the code provided the sample_submission.csv file is read into a dataframe and filled with predictions for each row id.  Will the sample_submission.csv file be valid for submitting results?  Will the sample_submission.csv file when we submit contain all the necessary row_ids or should we generate those ourselves based on the file name and second count and add the output csv?</p>",
