You'll have 120 rows per file because the audio files in the test set are 10min long and need to split the audio into 5sec chunks. </p>\n<p>And as stated in the data description:</p>\n<pre><code>When you submit a notebook, the test_soundscapes directory will be populated with approximately 200 recordings to be used for scoring. They are 10 minutes long and in ogg audio format\n</code></pre>\n<p>… Your final submission will have 24000 rows in total (approximately)</p>",
