  "content": "<p>I used resnet in this competition, and I got this kind of error when downloading resnet.</p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>HTTPError: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>I copied from <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/kneroma\" target=\"_blank\">@kneroma</a>'s <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/kneroma/clean-fast-simple-bird-identifier-training-colab/comments\" target=\"_blank\">this notebook</a>.<br>\nI was able to download and use resnet until yesterday.<br>\nI thought I didn't rewrite codes about downloading and using resnet.</p>\n<p>Why can't I download resnet now?</p>",
