  "content": "<p>I wonder if predictions of the distribution of bird species from bioclimatic variables could assist in predicting the birds recorded in test soundscapes.<br>\n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/kittlein/birdclef-probability-of-species-occurrence\" target=\"_blank\">Here</a> I uploaded a csv file with the probability of occurrence of each bird species in each of the four localities based on bioclimatic variables downloaded from <a href=\"https://www.worldclim.org/data/worldclim21.html\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.worldclim.org/data/worldclim21.html</a></p>\n<p>I used one of the most simple species distribution models available in the dismo R package and provided the median probability of occurrence for each species in an area 50 km North-South-West-East of the geographical coordinates of the test locations.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://imgur.com/YEhest5\" alt=\"Spatial maps of p occurrence for 4 random species (right click and open image in a new tab… \"></p>",
